Marsh interview questions

I had a video recording interview that I answered questions on. Most of the questions were normal for a first interview, although some didn’t really relate to the position I was interviewing for. I got a call for an in-person interview. I was surprised to find out during the interview that there were 2 positions I was interviewing for, neither of them being what the job description was in the job posting. I was very disappointed in the way this was falsely advertised. I did not receive an offer for either job and do not plan to apply for any other positions for this company, as they use the same job description for all Staff Accountant job postings.

I had a very good experience at Marsh. The HR department were very helpful throughout the process and kept me regularly updated. I went for two face-to-face interviews in London, each with one manager present. They thoroughly analysed my CV and my suitability for the role, as well as finding out about me on a more personal level.
