MSC Cruises interview questions

Absurdely long application process, with tests that aren't even hard, just require hours to complete and recorded interview, just to receive an automated email at the end of it. Honestly glad I didn't end up with this company if that's the start.

After I applied online, they called me for an interview. We were 4 people. They gave us a form to fill out with our personal details, our work experiences etc. Then we did a presentation in english for testing our knowledge of the language. Languages are very appreciated. After that, everyone did an interview one on one. The recruiter asked me about my work experiences, about my motivation, about my availability to work on shifts etc.
