MSC Cruises interview questions

Despite a positive in person interview with the VP of Human Resources the HR Team did not reach out afterwards with a hiring decision. In today's world it's all about building networks of potential candidates. Not responding timely after an in person interview shows total lack of care for the applicants. Not even a quick email response was worth their time. They pride themselves on a family oriented culture but show no respect to those that were interested in joining their family.
