Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Group interview, with a few weird questions such as what animal are you, what animal would your friends say you are. What is your favourite colour. Give an example of when you've gone above and beyond etc etc Had to try sell an item. Then after interview did a trial shift.

The interview process was actually really fun and I didn't feel at all under pressure. It was a group interview so felt quite informal. We were told to bring an item that describes us and then get into pairs to present that item and the person to the rest of the group. 2nd stage was getting into a group and designing an event/campaign and presenting it to the group. The last stage was selling a gift set to the managers/interview hosts. If successful in the group interview you were then invited to a trial shift where you worked as a lush sales assistant for an hour and a half. Questions were also asked by the trial shift host. This was the last stage and if you were successful, you got the job!
