Lush interview questions

It was a group interview we had to demonstrate products as if we were sales people. It was all about using the products and being able to explain why certain ingredients were in the products. Then we had an online questionnaire filled out too

A group interview wherein we were asked unconventional questions and asked to engage with the products and one another; not for the faint hearted or introverted. It was incredibly awkward and essentially managed to determine who could shout the loudest and butter up the interviewers better than who could have worked well in the role. Everyone was passive-aggressively competing with one another and it was a generally unpleasant hour that I felt I needed a shower after.
