It's 3 interviews, first online with a couple of questions, after we had a group interview with some in hands part, if you pass that you get a trial interview the most important part, they want to see if you can work the crowd, work 1:1 with people, be proactive, suggesting things for clients, walk around with them, after that it's a quick interview with a few questions, very simple

Interview
This was for a temporary Christmas job. I had to email my CV and a cover letter. I then had an email back asking me to 'pop in for an informal chat'. The 'chat' was with the stock room worker and the trainee manager. It was in seats in the corner of the shop floor but the questions were a little more formal than expected. It didn't last long at all, ten minutes perhaps. I then heard back from them later that day. They were very quick and efficient with communication.

Interview
A group interview where you go through several "quests" organised almost as games and where they see how you interact with others, your motivation, your values, it is quite a fun and nice experience.
