I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lush (Bristol, Inglaterra)
Interview
After an initial email with cover letter and CV, if chosen to apply you are sent a link to an online application. There is no disability disclosure section on the application. You are then called for a phone interview, where you're asked several questions about your experience and what your customer service approaches are. You are *then* called into the shop in person for a 'trial shift' where you spend 2 hours working the sales floor and doing demonstrations on staff and occasionally, real customers. This time is paid even if you do not get the job.

Question 1
What was one moment where you offered great customer service?
High energy group interview of about 20. Got a bunch of hands on activities to do. Felt like a competition of who could be the loudest and opened my eyes about water wastage and pressure on employees

Interview
You have to fill in an application form. Make sure you sound extroverted and cheerful. Don't list a bathbomb as your favourite product - because it's lazy.
They test you in a carousel sort of fashion, one example is that they test your ability to sell body lotion and massage it into a potential customers skin and how you would demo a bathbomb (call everyone over and explain its properties). Do your research, be extroverted, don't be afraid to touch people.
