Lush interview questions

I applied in store and was e-mailed and asked to attend a hiring party. We were divided into groups and had products described to us. We were then asked to demonstrate the product on the person next to us with as many of details we could remember. We were also pulled aside to answer questions individually which were sometimes fun questions (e.g. what is your favourite harry potter character and why?) and sometimes more standard questions like why you want to work at company and whether we had cash experience etc. They hired most of the people who attended the hiring party so the interview process what not too difficult.

-Group interview/session: About 20 candidates gathered in store of an evening, introductory ice breakers, three/four games to get an idea of your personality and eligibility for the job. -Trial shift: An hour shift to see how you do hand on with a customer focus etc. -Mini 1-on-1 interview/reveiw
