Lush interview questions

I saw a small job vacancy sign at my local Lush store and was asked to hand make a creative cover letter to hand in with my resume. Upon handing it in I was given a mini interview, which I passed. A week later I was called up for a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes where she asked questions about customer service, etc. At the end of the call she said "normally we do phone interviews then gather all the info together and discuss who to call back for a group interview, but I think the answers you've given me have been absolutely fantastic so I'd like to invite you now to the group interview next week" I have the group interview tonight, if I pass it I'll be given a 1 hour shift trial. If I do well at the trial, I'll be considered against the others who did well at their trial. If I get chosen from that lot I'll be given either a part time or a Christmas casual position.
