I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lush in Aug 2015
Interview
Very very informal, went in and had to wait around for a while so looked at the products. Went upstairs, asked to present an item best describes me briefly and then was put into a group of 3 inc me and was given a product along with a product book with some description of the product, the man came and described the item to us and the key is to listen to what words they use to describe the item. Then each group presented their item and that was it! Very brief.

group interview, done in pairs to test how people work together and see if people are generally good fits for the company since it's a lot of talking to customers in a friendly way and finding what they want
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Fairly straightforward, spent some time being observed on the shop floor with customer to see how I demonstrated products etc. They only asked 4-5 questions - things like ‘how do you feel your floor trial went?’ And ‘Why do you want to work for us?’
