Interview
I had two interviews, which were done via telephone, and I was asked many different questions, more of "how would I do this" or "describe a time when..." kind of questions, nothing asking me to show off my technical knowledge. I felt like they were trying to meet a headcount metric than they were hiring for technical abilities. But then again, I was applying for a Level 1 help desk position for a large telco.
