Lumen Manager interview questions

Thorough.. 3 levels. One with the direct supervisor, and 2 others with peers of the area. The direct supervisor interview was one that was later joined by all of her direct reports to ask other questions after she felt that it was worth their time. Took a very long time to come with an offer, even though I was not the first choice to a former company employee who later took a job elsewhere.

2 phone interviews, 1 by HR and another by the hiring manager. Flown in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager and a brief discussion with the 2nd level supervisor.
