I was contacted by HR for a phone interview after application on their website. The phone interview was with the hiring manager and took place the following day. The total amount of time spent on the phone was approximately 30 minutes. I was informed I would be next meeting face to face with the hiring manager. This interview took place approximately 4 days following the phone interview. The meeting went very well. Quest employs a interview process derived from an internal manual to ensure consistency across candidates and questions were very standard surrounding coaching and leadership. Upon completion of the interview, which took approximately 1-1/2 hours, the hiring manager indicated the next step would be to meet with his supervisor. The manager further went on to explain the interview would take place rather quickly. I left the interview with an expectation of contact to conduct the final interview. After no communication for 4 business days, I contacted the hiring manager to inquire about the next step. I recieved a response that the position had been filled by an internal candidate.
