Lumen Customer Service & Sales Representative interview questions

It was fast and very complete. They asked about everyone one my resume. I had to give very detailed information of my past job duties for each and every position. I had to state the pros and cons for each position I held. It was a 30 minute phone interview. I was very at ease since it was over the phone.

The interview was about 30-45 minutes, with 2 supervisors and the general basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary, they fill in a packet as you answer and ask you to try to sell them something, since all of their customer service positions are also sales. They stay really straight faced, even if you try to put your personality into it, and have fun to lighten the air, it's a very cut and dry interview and no real inflection in their tone. Each round of hiring, something changes in the interview process.
