Lumen Instructional Designer interview questions

Applied through a major job posting site, was contacted shortly after, conducted a brief phone interview and later came into the office for a group/panel interview. The manager was very happy with my qualifications and was offered the position shortly after. After a background check and drug test, I was on-boarded in a very quick time and became operational after a week. Everything went very smoothly.
