Lumen Engineer interview questions

The interview was entirely non-technical, only behavioral questions. He asked the typical questions regarding my strengths/weaknesses, biggest accomplishment, previous conflicts, etc. He also inquired about my interests and professional goals. I think he was primarily interested in seeing my personality and how well it would meld with the company culture.
