Interview
Only 9 standard questions that are all situational dealing with customer interactions. They have a grading stream 1-7 based on the amount of detail that you give under each number there are criteria that you have to hit to get that number on that question. The last question is for interviewer to score and then they calculate each question for a combined numerical total. Then you are given a average grade say 4.7 or 5 average. Person with the highest combined average score gets the job

Interview
The interview process was between myself and the store manager. He was running about 15 minutes late for the interview. He was kind and attentive. He stated that he would be asking about eight situational questions but ended up using my answers from a few questions for the other questions; I believe he asked me 5 questions. He told me he was interviewing about six people for the position and that two may be already employed by the company. I appreciated his honesty and he was very nice. I had a strange feeling however that he already had someone in mind for the position.

applied online , it took around 3 days received phone call for interview . I was told to hear back in a few days . The interview went well , there were conversations between the one who was asking the questions and I . At the end of interview i was asked rather or not did i have any questions . I asked about employees conduct whom i will be managing , he explain to me they needed leadership .
