The interview was conducted by the store manager and the HR Manager alternating questions between each and it is a satisfactory interview. They also gave us appropriate time to give them a background of our employment and life history

Internal Applicant - Applied online. Was one of 2 internal applicants, received the position as the other internal applicant was not eligible for the position at the time. Interview occurred while on vacation so it was a phone interview. Participants where the SM and HR. Each asked questions in turn. Simple interview.
