Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Called in for an interview a few days after applying, was led to a room with several others waiting to be interviewed...we all had to sit and wait to be called in...one at a time.

I was interviewed by the store manager, Asst. Store Mgr. and HR person. I found out about the position through a networking group. I was hired on part time then went full time when my regular job fell through. The store manager was great in bringing me on full time.
