Very professional and business oriented. The interviewer asked questions related to certain situations that could occur. If you are faced with a difficult customer how would you handle that based on your background and company policy? Are you available certain hours?

First interview was with the HR manager then right after came the 2nd interview with the store manager. The interview was pretty laid back. Questions about prior Customer Service situations and my general experiences.

Interview
The interview process was quick and you scheduled a 30 minute interview with the HR manager. The manager would ask you typical questions about customer service and she would write down your responses and you also took a drug test in her office. Overall, it was very easy and you pretty much had to give cookie cutter answers regarding customer service.
