Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied to multiple jobs online, received phone call quickly after for interview which was two days later, but then background check took forever (A MONTH!) - background check company is not professional. After disclosing I had a felony during the application AND interview, the background checking company that Lowe's uses could not locate any records. Then they contacted me and told me that I had to give them specifics because they could not locate any information. The felony was before the timeline that they were being asked to look, but they said that they would disapprove my background check to Lowe's if I didn't tell them. Really? I gave them the information they couldn't find and then they still disapproved my application! Really? Is there any guidelines this company really follow? What a joke...and Lowe's pays these jokers real money and I fall through the crack. The Lowe's HR person knew about the felony (since I told her during the interview) and she still wanted to hire me. Thanks for believing in me Lowe's, but drop that background company... they aren't worth the money you pay them.

3 person interview, only two showed up, asked a series of "canned" situational questions. The interview questions were not at all applicable to my position and the interviewers were not even in the same department that I was going to work in!
