Interview
First interview is with the DM, then the RM and then Human Resources. It's usually a very quick interview process met with several of the same questions by each person calling you. Typically you will interview over the phone with the RM and HR.

Didn't really feel like they asked a lot of questions they just made it seem like it should be a privilege to be hired externally
there's so much turn because they make you feel like an outsider for the first 2 years and then I guess if you make it through that you're internal

You have to interview with the DM, RM and HR. The process is lengthy and sometimes tedious. They are sometimes face to face or over the phone. The interview with the RM and HR is usually via phone. They ask very generic questions. If you have worked retail and have been a manager in retail then you'll be familiar with the questions. They ask a lot about your comfort level with training and recruiting.
