I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Interviewer was very friendly and overall interview felt very relaxed, I felt comfortable and at ease. Asked me about my retail experience and my knowledge about the company. Was also asked a few scenario questions, for example questions about what if I do if I noticed anyone stealing within the store.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2012
Interview
POOR They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Please don't take a position with this company. Absolutely ridiculous, and this company is messed up. Please please please take your skills elsewhere.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
I went in for a group interview at the 900 North Michigan Shops location prior to the holiday season. We went as a group to the basement, introduced ourselves, heard a bit about the company and then proceeded to answer a series of questions concerning our past experiences and knowledge of the brand. We were also asked to perform a product demonstration on another interviewee while interviewers walked around and gave comments/suggestions.

Question 1
I didn't expect the product demonstration component of the interview--rubbing lotion into a competitors hands wasn't off-putting, but I definitely think that I could have been warmer and more personable as I did so.
