L'Occitane Sales Associate interview questions

POOR They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Please don't take a position with this company. Absolutely ridiculous, and this company is messed up. Please please please take your skills elsewhere.

I went in for a group interview at the 900 North Michigan Shops location prior to the holiday season. We went as a group to the basement, introduced ourselves, heard a bit about the company and then proceeded to answer a series of questions concerning our past experiences and knowledge of the brand. We were also asked to perform a product demonstration on another interviewee while interviewers walked around and gave comments/suggestions.
