I had a phone interview and two in person interviews to determine fit with the team/company. Pretty straightforward interview - they were just looking to confirm customer service skills and interest/knowledge in the product.
The screening process was normal and was only remotely. The HR first, then the manager and then some colleague for technical points. There was 5 meeting before the result. It was quite smooth.
The team was so nice and lovely during the interview, I didn't get the job but really nice interview. There were no trick questions and were attentive to your needs.
