I was interviewed by two women in a small therapy room in the back, one was asking questions that she was reading off a sheet and one was mainly writing stuff down, they were lovely young women and made me feel at ease, they we're understanding if I got stuck on some questions since I had little to no experience since I've just left uni. Don't be afraid to say you aren't sure after giving a question a good go. Standard interview questions, nothing overly difficult, flexibility is what they mostly desire from an employee as well as being friendly and genuine. Prepare for getting asked to sell something to them as that helped me a lot. They said I should hear back a week later at most but I heard back two days later to be offered the job! I start in September.
