L'Occitane interview questions

Went for 3 interviews or should I say 4? I was invited to go for 1st intw the next day, which is quite pleasant experience and followed-up with a deck as requested. The 2nd intw, though was for another position avail which they are considering me for, in which I was quite interested in after hearing the interviewer's personal account of her job. Shortly after I left the office at the end of teh 2nd intw, I was told to go back and meet another exec who's part of the team hiring this 2nd position. Fine, since I was still in the vicinity. Here comes my last interview, which I felt was a pretty good sign, and it started off nicely as well, talking about future development plans. But then I felt I was being called out rather than question on my past job experiences, which I felt was an indication the interviewer was not as keen to hire me. It used to be a callback within a week for the next interview, but the bad news was only delivered to me after I followed-up on my status 3weeks later.
