There was one interview with the person who ran the franchise. There were some behavioural questions asked but mostly it was a relaxed interview without much preparation needed. As long as you can demonstrate the ability to work patiently with others, you'll be fine.

It was veery friendly and welcoming. They were very nice. I felt very welcome. Before going in I was so nervous and scared. I went into my interview and it wasn't as bad as I made it out to be. I walked out the interview and I felt really comfortable both with my employer and fellow colleagues
