Kumon Teaching Assistant interview questions

There was no interview at all. I was a student at Kumon Learning Center. After studying there for two years, I was offered the job as a teaching assistant. I needed to get a working permit from my school, but I was not interviewed for the position because they already knew I had the credentials.

One interview round was very nice and humble asked question about dealing with students and kids also asked about education and math skills also asked about schedule flexibility alot of emphasis on punctuality and patience need to have a calm personality
