Kumon Teaching Assistant interview questions

It was a one on one with the director. They asked me about myself as a person and gave me problems to do for math to see how I would do them. They wanted to see my applicable skills as well as how I would handle multiple situations when talking to kids.

I was asked briefly about my ability to cope with busy intervals and ability to time manage. There was also a required written exam to make sure my mathematics and reading skills were on point.
