Kumon interview questions

1st a screening call - the person I spoke with seemed very junior and inexperienced but we all need to start somewhere 2nd The 2nd interview was a bit of a disaster; it was approx 4h long and it was 3 of us attending the interview at the same time. I was asked to go in and the day started with a 2h company induction (something you get when you start a new job not when you go in for an interview), after that I was asked to do some maths & English language tests, and the final part was the actual interview. The saddest part was that the actual interview lasted only maybe 15 mins or so. It felt that they already made up their mind (liked the candidate before me), I got asked only 2 questions and the lady who interviewed me presented the role to me very different to how it was advertised so I was left very confused with my time really wasted.
