They were mostly behavioral questions to see if you are a fit for the job; this was when I was in high school so the requirements were pretty low. Most of these questions were just about myself as a person and my time commitment.

The interview process at Kumon was a positive experience overall. It started with an initial phone screening where they asked about my experience working with children and my understanding of the Kumon learning method. This step was relatively straightforward, with questions aimed at gauging my communication skills and how comfortable I was in assisting students with math and reading.

It was short and sweet, and rather dull and blunt. It didn't make me want to work here. The students did not feel happy to work with us when I observed them hard at work
