Kumon Grader/Tutor interview questions

This was my first interview ever and it was very easy. I applied through the ad I found on craig's list and got an email back about scheduling an interview a few days after applying. After the interview I got an offer in about a week. Once I filled out all the forms and got my background check I was ready to start.

I did not really do a formal interview, but instead I had to take a math test that was focused on basic fundamentals in math/algebra. Pretty easy as long as you brush up on the basics.
