Kumon interview questions

In-person, quick, short, all behavioral questions. The interviewer was very friendly and calming so I didn't get uncomfortable during the whole process. I also knew of the pre-assessment but I wasn't given one, they accepted me on the spot.

The interview was very laid back. I was asked a few questions about why I wanted to begin teaching here, and I got to stay and watch how the teachers worked.
