Kumon interview questions

I was interviewed during my first visit to the center. I had my resume and she asked me if I was planning to work long term or not. She asked if interacted with children before and if I could multi-task.

There are 2 rounds of interviews. The first round involved a group of candidates watching an introduction of the company. Then everyone broke into groups to discuss a specific topic. One interviewer will be attached to each group to observe every candidate. After the discussion, candidates will have to write an essay on their views of education. In the second round, you will meet with the interviewer and the GM and they will find out your views on education.
