Kumon interview questions

I walked into the office and luckily, the boss was there. So, we had an impromptu meeting were she asked me a few questions and I answered them. She seemed very attentive and she asked questions based on what I answered from previous questions. The whole process was easy and quick.

It took a while for Kumon to finally get back to me, but once they did, everything moved pretty smoothly and quickly. I had a phone interview with a lovely recruiter who sounded very knowledgable, friendly, and passionate about Kumon. Then I came into the office for an interview with the hiring manager and my direct supervisor. The questions were pretty standard, but because they were one-on-one interviews, I did have to repeat answers to several similar questions. I guess that worked in my favor! I was then taken down to observe a Kumon Corporate Owned Center and write my observations about it.
