Kumon interview questions

Described my extensive experience working with kids, especially at Kumon. However, this apparently was not sufficient because I still had to work without pay before getting officially hired. Other than that, it was a pretty open-and-shut interview.

It was not very long. took 2 weeks to get the response back and it was positive.First phone interview and then in person interview .They also took math written test before making the final decision.
