Kumon interview questions

Received a call to come in after applying online, I was asked to come in for a 20 minute interview and was offered the job on the spot. Very easy interview process.

Straightforward interview process, interviewer asked my strengths and weaknesses and whether I would be a math or reading tutor. Interviewer was also really nice to not make things too uptight and makes you comfortable especially since most of the employees there would be high school students and probably applying for their first job.
