I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2019
Interview
Telephone interview covering experience and reasons for applying. Then orientation day consisting of some Maths multiplications/division/fractions questions, multiple choice English and reasoning (lasting seconds). All tests combined last no more than 10-15 minutes. Followed by a 3 hour presentation about their methods and a none inviting interactive q and a. The presentation was difficult to sit through, delivered quite patronisingly, no enthusiasm from the deliverer who seemed not happy to be there nor did they seem to encourage group dynamics.
I withdrew myself from the application process after the presentation, could not see myself working there. Seemed a none staff stimulating company and felt no enthusiasm nor connection with the staff. It might be a great company to work for for some, but seems to be missing a lot.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon
Interview
It was barely an interview. They just asked me what I knew about Kumon and if my schedule fit into their work hours. I basically got hired on the spot. They told me to come in the next week to try out the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kumon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
generally its easy. Go inside to see the interviewer, they ask some general question and ask some previous experience u have with kids. Also, some salary expectation .......nothing too hard. just go for it lo
