Kumon interview questions

Really simple and straightforward interview, with a math and reading test afterward (about 30 minutes per section) . I was concerned for the test and I know I didn't make a perfect score, but I was still hired.

A friend who worked there referred me. I called and asked if they were hiring, and the owner asked me to come in that same week. I came in for what I thought would be an interview, but she just sat down, introduced herself, and asked me if I had any experience with children. She then asked me if I had time to start right then, and I immediately began training. I heard that most locations do a more in depth interview with a skill test.
