One interview panel asked questions about who you are, why Kumon services. Then presented an equation and asked me how I would teach an 11-year old this then 13-16 year old another question

Very straightforward process. I was a high school student who was busy with extracurricular activities; they weren't flexible about my schedule and refused to compromise. It would have been easier to get the job if I wasn't in school.
