Math and reading test that lined up pretty well with the actual content taught to kids (ie, be familiar with both up to a mid-high school proficiency.). Reasonable interview that just consisted of a few basic questions, why you want to work there, what experience you have. It's aimed at high schoolers and not too difficult.

I applied through emailing my resume, had a basic interview, did a classroom trial, and got the job about 1 week later. As long as you have basic academic skills, it is not hard to get this job. All my co-workers were high school students.
