Kumon interview questions

I went to the location and filled out an application and came back a week later for an interview. It was a very relaxed process, I got offered the job during the interview. I think thety are just looking for people who have tutoring experience and can work with kids.

During the interview, they asked me about my experience working with kids. How i would handle different situations and how I would teach the children. They made me complete an assessment both math and writing. From there, they assessed me and gave me a job offer.
