Interview
I interviewed on campus. They ran me through a bunch of behavioral questions and asked a lot about my resume and work experience. Overall it seemed like a cool company, I left feeling like there wasn't a lot of mutual interest based on my skill set and what they were looking for.

Applied online, then was invited to an interview, I drove 3 hours from swansea to an interview. When I arrived the lady who was meant to be carrying out the interview looked surprised to see me and hadn't prepared any questions, In fact I asked her more questions than she asked me! we had a pleasant chat then after 15 minutes I was on my way back to Swansea you can imagine my frustration. I didn't get the job..
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Ámsterdam) in Jan 2018
Interview
1st round was a very casual interview with a MD where we talked about my background, motivations, and random things for about 45 minutes (no technical questions at this stage). I was told 2nd round would be sort of an assessment center with other candidates where your technical skills would be tested. 3nd round is a meeting with team members to see if you're a right fit.
Overall, I had a nice conversation and both the interviewer and secretary were very amiable. However, I was completely ghosted afterwards, despite me sending a follow-up email a few days after. Still no feedback after 2 months.
