Phone Interview with the Internal Recruiter
Face to face interview with someone from HR. I was meant to meet the HR Director but when I arrived, someone else that by the way was late for the interview (with no apology) conducted the interview. She really didnt give me a good impression of the company or the HR function so I left with no interest in the role. I never received any feedback, I emailed the internal recruiter a couple of weeks after (since I took time off I thought that will be good to have some feedback for my own reflection) but she never replied to my email. Rude! So that just confirmed the impresion that I got from the company. Avoid!
