First you do a Hirevue, then a behavioural and competence-based interview with one of the team, finally a take-home case study to test your technicals.

Hireview consisting of 7 questions, 5 behavioral and 2 technical (describe 3 statements and describe the valuation techniques). Then superday was 3 15 min interviews with directors, and a group case study which is a valuation exercise.
