They advertise fake job ads. They ask for CPAs and they reject you immediately if you are one. Then they hire well connected people without a CPA qualification. That's says it all about the Milan office.... I wonder why clients pay so much for underqualifies staff. No merit but connections and classism in the pure italian style.
