Initial phone screening interview with a recruiter, followed by a "super day" of 4 back to back interviews with two Managing Directors and 2 other Vice Presidents within the group.
Was then given a verbal offer of employment, only for the recruiter to disappear and call me a week later to say they had changed their mind and wouldn't be extending an offer.
