I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very basic and informal, was offered the position within 10 minutes and accepted. Manager was very down to earth, straight forward, and professional. I normally hate interviews but felt totally relaxed. This is how the interview process should be, with an offer made or not made the same day. They believe in giving everyone a chance and do things the old fashioned way. None of this behavioral based question garbage.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied only and got a call back within I believe 3 days to schedule an interview. I came about 10 mins early for the interview, but ended up waiting longer since it was busy. Anyways, the interview was pretty simple. I answered the questions and the lady told me she would give me a call back. Scheduled a second interview for paper work and drug test. Said she would call back after drug test came back. Drug test came back and I got hired.
