Kmart interview questions

It was really easy, they were desperate so they basically hired me on the spot. The HR manager did not really ask any hard interview questions at all. He mostly just asked basic questions such as if I was in school and what my availability was. Overall this interview was very easy.

The interview process was easy and simple. Interviewed first with the human resources manager and then with the hard lines manager, then finally with the store manager. The managers were clear about each step along the way.
