Applied online and got a call back a few days later to come in for an interview. Interview process was fairly easy. Asked basic scenario type questions. I was interview by two different people right after the other and got hired on the spot. Pay was too low so I declined.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
